Common questions
How do I get a login? Your operator's TailClear administrator or LCA invites you by email. Use that address with Create a login in the app.
I forgot my password. On the sign-in screen tap Forgot password? and we'll email you a reset link.
Can I try it first? Yes. Tap Explore the demo on the sign-in screen to use TailClear with sample aircraft.
How do I delete my account? In the app tap Account, then Delete my account. See the privacy policy for what is removed.
What does TAIL CLEAR mean? TailClear checks each aircraft against due items, deferrals, squawks, parts, crew, documents and the trip schedule. It is a planning check; the airworthiness determination and the decision to fly stay with your certificated mechanics, your approved tracking system and the pilot in command.
