For Part 91 & 135 flight departments

Every tail. Every due item. One clear board.

TailClear pulls your maintenance due list, flight schedule, MEL deferrals, parts on order and tire and brake data into one view, and flags the conflict before the trip, not at the ramp.

Set up for you by Lowcountry Aerospace & Compliance. Works on phone, tablet and desktop.

The problem

Maintenance control shouldn't live in four logins and a spreadsheet.

Due lists in one system, trips in another

Someone has to line up the tracking forecast against the schedule by hand, every week, for every tail.

Deferrals on a whiteboard

A Cat B clock runs out over a weekend and nobody sees it until the crew does the walkaround.

Parts, tires and brakes in email

The replacement lands a day after the limit, and the trip that needed the airplane is already sold.

What it shows

One board for the whole operation.

Each module can be switched on or off per operator, and every projection uses that tail's own utilization.

Fleet board

Status, hours, cycles and the next thing due on every aircraft, with AOG and open conflicts up top.

AOG · IN MX · ON TRIP · AVAILABLE

Next due

Hour, cycle and calendar limits turned into projected dates from recent flying, so an hours item shows up on a calendar.

1.3 HRS/DAY → DUE OCT 14

Tires & brakes

Landings on every tire and wear-pin readings on every brake, projected to the next change. Log readings from a photo.

R MLG IB · PIN 0.05 MM · 14 LDG LEFT

Deferred items

Open MEL items with the repair-interval clock running and the part that clears each one.

CAT B 3 DAYS · C 10 · D 120

Parts on order

Every order tied to the AOG, deferral or tire change it fixes, with ETA and tracking.

ETA AFTER LIMIT → FLAGGED

Schedule, calendar & conflicts

Trips from every scheduling system on one calendar, checked against maintenance windows, limits and parts.

Conflict check

The check that usually lives in someone's head.

TailClear compares every upcoming trip against maintenance events, aircraft status, projected limits, deferral clocks and parts ETAs, then says what to do about it.

  • Trip overlaps a maintenance window. Swap tails or move the event.
  • Deferral expires mid-trip. Clear it before departure or change the aircraft.
  • Part lands after the limit. Expedite, or line up the backup airplane now.

Photo logging

Snap the tire log. TailClear reads it.

Take a photo of a tire log, brake wear-pin measurement, pressure sheet or work card. TailClear reads the landings, pin length, pressure and retreads for each wheel position, then shows them to you to check before anything is saved.

  • Nothing is guessed. Values it can't read clearly stay blank, and each one is marked high, medium or low confidence.
  • You approve every value. Edit anything, then save. The photo is kept with the reading.
  • Projections update instantly. The next tire or brake change moves on the calendar.

Your systems stay the record

Works with what you already run.

TailClear reads from your tracking and scheduling systems and never writes back to them. Exports import today. Live sync is added system by system as each vendor approves API access for your account.

Setup

We set it up. You don't build spreadsheets.

Lowcountry Aerospace & Compliance configures TailClear for your operation. Our team supports business jet operators with AOG maintenance, records and compliance, so we set it up the way maintenance control actually works.

  1. Discovery call. Which systems you use, which reports you already run, how your people work.
  2. Mapping. We map each export once and save it as your template, so the next import is one step.
  3. Utilization and alerts. Hours and cycles per day from your last 90 days, due-soon windows, modules on or off.
  4. Team logins. Directors, maintenance control, schedulers and techs get their own logins and roles.
  5. Live sync. Where your vendor allows it, you authorize API access and we connect it.
Security

Your fleet data stays yours.

Walled off by operator

Each operator's records are separated in the database itself. One company's users can't see another's.

Role-based logins

Owner, admin, member and view-only roles. Remove someone and their access ends right away.

Read-only to your systems

TailClear never changes data in your tracking or scheduling software.

Audit trail

Every change is logged with who made it and when. Photos are stored privately with the reading.

Encrypted in transit and at rest

HTTPS everywhere, with hosting on major U.S. cloud infrastructure.

A tool, not the record

Your approved tracking system and MEL remain the authority for airworthiness decisions.

Questions

Straight answers.

Does TailClear replace CAMP, Traxxall or our other tracking system?

No. Your tracking system stays the record of truth. TailClear reads from it and from your scheduling software, so maintenance control and scheduling see the same picture in one place.

How does data get in?

Today, from the exports you already run in each system (CSV or Excel), mapped once and imported in a step. Tire and brake readings can also be logged from a photo. Live sync is added where the vendor provides API access for your account.

Is there an app for phones?

Yes. Open tailclear.com/app on your phone and add it to your home screen. It opens full screen like any other app, on iPhone and Android.

Who can see our data?

Only the people you add to your operator account, plus the LCA team supporting your setup. Access is controlled per person and can be removed at any time.

What does it cost?

$3,000 one-time setup, then $899 per aircraft per month for your first three aircraft and $699 for each one after that. Paying yearly gets 2 months free: $8,990 and $6,990 per aircraft per year. See pricing.
